Abbreviated Dog Walk

We didn't get very far on our dog walk on Monday. First we found the squirrel on the pole in our driveway.

: "Are you watching me?"

But then ... We looked up ... And there was an Osprey ... on the pole ... in the yard behind our house ... with a still flopping Crevalle Jack in its talons! The dogs were whisked back inside and the next hour was spent watching amazing scenes of nature, practically in our own backyard! No worries though. The dogs got their walk afterwards.

Going to work

I got stopped at the toll bridge tonight on the way to work. However, I can't say that the view was bad. Pretty nice after yesterday's rains.

Happy Halloween!

My vet's office, Bayshore Veterinary Clinic, had a Spooktacular holiday event last weekend, so I dropped by to support them. Many pets were in costumes and everyone was having a great time.

Dog Walk – Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013

Today two or three American Kestrels were flying, chasing and hovering in the sky. Not sure if they were just chasing each other or hunting, but it was very cool to watch.
