This is the lovely Julia, Pixel’s sister. Isn’t she just precious? Julia and her parents were very sweet to open their home to us when we went to Alabama for a memorial service. Thanks again for letting us stay. We had a wonderful time.

A few images from our Sunday outing to the dog park and beach.
Last week I attended a photo workshop lead by Karen Milstein, of Wings & Things Photography, at the Wakodahatchee Wetlands in Delray Beach, Fla. Getting up and being there at 7am was not a lot of fun, but it was soooo worth it. Wakodahatchee is amazing no matter when you go but it was magical in the early morning. I picked up quite a few new tips from Karen. I’d highly recommend going to next year’s workshops.
I’m very sad to report that the Great Egret hatchlings are now missing from their nest. Hopefully there will be more hatching soon.
I watched an Osprey hunt for fish at the beach Sunday. He or she didn’t catch anything but it was amazing to see.
